Broward budgets $100K to recruit administrator

A recent report in the Miami Herald notes that before bringing in headhunters to conduct a nationwide search, commissioners anxious to hire a new Broward administrator are “floating the names of local favorites for the post.”
Did someone say, “Duh?”
